These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bcaa4 ("bcaa4", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bcaa4.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered through bcaa4, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with bcaa4, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You are not located in a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent of any third party.
5. You have not previously had an Account with bcaa4 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not a director, employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any person employed by or affiliated with bcaa4 or its game providers.
7. You are not included on any self-exclusion register maintained by bcaa4 or any third-party responsible gambling programme.

bcaa4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including a valid Malaysian government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence — at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the bcaa4 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, email address, phone number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits held therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Promptly update your Account information if any details change subsequent to registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and refrain from sharing your password with any third party.
• Notify bcaa4 immediately at [email protected] if you have reason to believe that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

bcaa4 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials. All activity conducted through a registered Account is the sole responsibility of the Account holder.

By accessing and using the bcaa4 Platform, you agree to use our Services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept the following:

• All gambling activities on bcaa4 involve an element of financial risk. You accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred as a result of your use of the Platform.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bcaa4 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free of technical faults, delays, or downtime.
• Game outcomes on all RNG-based titles are determined by certified random number generation systems. bcaa4 does not influence game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
• Placing wagers on live sports events (including English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC) is subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each market, accessible within the sports section of the Platform.
• bcaa4 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed as a result of a manifest error, system fault, or pricing error, and to recover any funds paid out as a result of such errors.
• Users acknowledge that the availability of specific games or features may vary based on technical, regulatory, or commercial factors, and bcaa4 may modify, suspend, or remove any game or feature without prior notice.

6.1 Deposits

bcaa4 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). Deposit transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be fully met prior to withdrawal of funds derived from or associated with that bonus.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
• bcaa4 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) within 5–30 minutes during normal operational hours. FPX and bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed in scheduled batches and may take up to 4 hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the member dashboard.

bcaa4 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms associated with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from or associated with Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., "35x" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty-five times).
• bcaa4 operates a single-account policy for bonuses. Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonuses have a specified validity period during which wagering requirements must be met. Upon expiry of this period, any unconverted Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• bcaa4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already awarded and in active use.
• Where inconsistency exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bcaa4 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform or any Game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain ("bug abuse").
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using Bonus Funds, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers that is contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in connection with illegal activities.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials to any third party.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bcaa4 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or made available through the bcaa4 Platform are the exclusive property of bcaa4 or its licensed content providers. All rights are expressly reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without the prior written consent of bcaa4.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any bcaa4 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without explicit prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcaa4, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or system failure.

In no event shall bcaa4's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

bcaa4 accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses or damages caused by events outside bcaa4's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• The accuracy, completeness, or legality of information accessed through third-party links or services referenced on the Platform.
• Any financial decisions made by Users in connection with their gambling activities on the Platform.

11.1 Termination by bcaa4

bcaa4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• bcaa4 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity in connection with the Account.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires bcaa4 to take such action.
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

In the event of termination for cause, bcaa4 reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation into prohibited conduct. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bcaa4 may forfeit the Balance in whole or in part.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting bcaa4 customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to completed KYC and satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds not yet converted through wagering will be forfeited upon closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bcaa4 is incorporated and licenced to operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bcaa4 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.

bcaa4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bcaa4 will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or by sending a notification to your registered email address, not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at bcaa4.cam/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
